  I have been a customer at Hendersons for the past 3 years they helped me get to grips with using contact lenses and put a lot of time into this as I did struggle with them - Christine has recently helped me with some glasses that didn't fit correctly again she spent alot of time and effort to ensure I was happy with them - you don't get service like this from Specsavers! Highly recommended great local business Thankyou!

  very disappointed with the service we received ! my son had his eyes tested for the very first time at henderson opticians of holmfirth. We was told he was short sited so would need glasses. So being as this was first time anyone in our family needed glasses we didn't know that he entitled to a voucher with his first purchase. So just bought a cheep pair of glasses from hendersons the same day not knowing they used the voucher on that pair. The next day my son asked me if i could get him some brand name glasses so i took him to another opticians and found some glasses he liked for £60 with a NHS voucher £151 WITHOUT. It would have been helpful to have known about this voucher so it could have been put to better use rather than on a pair of budget glasses!!!! But i guess they didn't want to give us the voucher to spend at another opticians. Very sneaky practice!!
